Day 5: A song that needs to be played loud

“There’s a Rainbow ‘Round My Shoulder” by The Brian Setzer Orchestra must be played loudly so that my voice can be drowned out and others can still enjoy listening.  I loved this micro era, mid-1990s, when lots of people were playing around with the Big Band sound.  Brian Setzer led that wave, and he was the best.

What’s the next style, genre, or instrument to be re-imagined?  I’m waiting.

I’ve accepted the 30 Day Song Challenge from Elena Panyard  (https://elenapanyard.com/).  Tomorrow is another day.

Interested in music from 1950s to the present, mostly indie bands and punk, but also avant garde, blues, Motown ... almost but not quite, anything. I'm looking for people to share music, new and old, and looking for new avenues to discovery new music. Come with me.
